This is an example scenario, not a named client claim. It shows how I would approach a common live games reporting problem.

Starting Point

A mid-size property has shift reports that depend too much on the manager writing them. One manager writes too much. Another writes almost nothing. Senior management receives different styles every day.

What the Pilot Builds

The pilot would create a shift report structure with table performance, unusual hold notes, dealer and supervisor issues, disputes, fills and credits, unresolved items, and questions for the next shift.

The value is consistency. Management gets the same structure every day, even when different people write the notes.
