What the Pilot Builds

The pilot would produce a step-by-step reconciliation checklist, shortage explanation template, missing-document prompts, shift handover structure, and training questions.

The goal is not to make AI responsible for money. The goal is to help staff document the work properly and help managers review exceptions faster.
